Salatgarten

Salatgarten was first published in 1991 as the Hans Fallada Society’s Mitteilungen (Bulletin). The annual journal connects the Society’s members between general meetings.

The journal reports on members’ activities, the work of the Hans Fallada Museum and new findings in literary research on Hans Fallada. It also provides space for reviews and articles about writers and book artists associated with the author.

The name Salatgarten refers to one of Hans Fallada’s working titles. Its contributors are primarily members of the Society and literary scholars. Dr Sabine Koburger is the journal’s editor-in-chief; the editorial team also includes Lutz Dettmann, Doris Haupt and Hannes Rother.

A single copy costs €20.00 plus postage. An annual subscription comprises one issue and also costs €20.00 plus postage. Members receive the annual journal as part of their membership. Information on obtaining a copy is available from the contact page.
